Cantab DC is delighted to invite you to the September First Thursday Drinks at the outdoor patio of Dirty Habit on September 2 at 6:30pm. This event will also be our Fresher's welcome drinks!

First Thursday Drinks are a low-key event where you can enjoy a great mix of alumni of all ages, degree programs, and life experiences, with lots to discuss in a friendly and easygoing environment. Catch up with old friends and make new ones!

Newcomers Welcome: If you are new in DC or this is your first time at a Cambridge event, make sure to email cantabsocdc@gmail.com ahead of time and we'll see that you are greeted and introduced to folks on your arrival. Please Note: The drinks usually kicks off with the first few people trickling in a few minutes after 6:30 and most having arrived by 7:30. Just look for a flag of the Cambridge Crest on one of the tables in the outdoor patio. If you get there right at 6:30 or if you do not see another Cantab, please don't run away! The rest will be there shortly.

Directions to DirtyHabitDC (www.dirtyhabitdc.com): situated at the intersection of 7th and F streets NW in Penn Quarter. The venue is located directly across the street from the Smithsonian American Art Museum and Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. Please remember to travel responsibly when leaving the drinks. We urge you to take public transportation and/or use a taxi.
